My family and I were appalled by the rude treatment from the front desk staff, specifically a woman named Jean. The beds in room 361 were terribly uncomfortable, constantly squeaking throughout our stay. Additionally, we found hair on a pillow in room 368 and stains on the sheets, indicating a serious lack of cleanliness from housekeeping.

The staff was friendly and kind to my son, making our stay enjoyable. Proximity to Legoland was a huge plus, and the game room was a total hit.

We had a great time during our stay! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with really nice service from the staff. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, which was a nice surprise. However, the pool was dirty and closed for a while, which was a letdown since we were looking forward to enjoying it more. Overall, I would stay here again.

This place was just a solid selection for a momentary pause in Winter Haven with fantastic value for money. The elevator was small and slow, so we took the stairs often, and it actually wasn't too bad. If you have kids, keep an eye on the door locks, as they might give you trouble.

the pool at quality inn was massive and perfect for family fun. the beds were really comfy, which helped us rest after long days at the theme parks. having a balcony was a great bonus to dry our swimsuits too.

Close to Legoland and Great Game Room!

We stayed here for a night and it was super close to Legoland, which was perfect for our kiddo! The game room kept my 6-year-old entertained for hours. Free breakfast was decent too. On the flip side, the place could def use a good cleaning since we found some funky stuff in the drawers. Overall, a decent stay!

We really loved the game room. The pool was great for lounging around while the kids splashed about, and we also appreciated the relaxing hot tub. Just a heads up, the door to our room had a bit of a stubborn lock, but it didn't ruin our good time. 😊

The bathroom had this annoying step up that I tripped over at night. Also, the door didn’t shut right, and there was dust on the bed. You could tell there was water damage before—like the laminate on the bathroom door was peeling. Just not super relaxing overall.
